[WP8.1][C#]Scanner Application

I need to create a barcode scanner application in C# for Windows phone 8.1. I have create the application using zxing and xaml and its working fine, now I need to show the scan effect when the user try to scan(green line move from bottom to top on the camera video). Please help!!!!
